Returns & refunds

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Items must be unused and in original condition.

To return an item, email duane@agenticflow.co.za with your order number. We will arrange the return and refund the amount paid to your original payment method after we receive the goods.

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by the Consumer Protection Act.
